| Abstract: | 特別支援教育が本格実施される中,附属学校園における特別支援教育はまだまだ十分なものでなく,養護教諭が認識する担任の姿は,従来の指導法では子どもたちの様子がとらえにくくなっている現実が伝わってきた。そこで,養護教諭の立場で特別支援教育を基礎から学び,力量を高め,子どもを深くみる視点を全教員に広げた結果,各校園では特別支援教育に関する研修が増え,組織が充実し,教員の実践意欲の向上に繋がった。また,特別支援教育における教員の意識の変遷を追うことで,子どもだけでなく教員も心の安定や受容を養護教諭に求めていることや,今後特別支援教育がより充実するための課題として実践や研修の継続,組織や環境の整備などの取り組みが必要であることが明らかとなった。そして,特別支援教育には組織としての役割分担が重要であることが明らかとなった。 |
