抄録: The dissolved total and reactive aluminum in the Seta River water were determined by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(GFAAS) and flow-injection fluorometry using an aluminum-lumogallion complex. The effect of the membrane filter pore-size on the seasonal variation in the dissolved total and reactive aluminum concentrations during May 2013 and January 2014 was examined. The mainly used pore-sizes were 0.1, 0.22, 0.45, 0.8, 3, and 8μm. A significant effect of the pore-size was observed on the dissolved total aluminum concentration, while the effect of the pore-size was low on the dissolved reactive aluminum concentration. A high concentration in the dissolved total aluminum was observed in the autumn due to the heavy rain produced by a typhoon, while the effect of the typhoon was insignificant on the dissolved reactive aluminum concentration. It was concluded that the concentration of aluminum adsorbed on the surface of the microparticles that passed through the membrane filter was negligible compared to the concentration of the dissolved monomeric aluminum.
